Kaifu: I think ai b given so good at optimizing quantitative routine tasks, will displace a lot of jobs. Probably forty to 50 % of the existing jobs are rootine in nature and poised for a nerable to ai displacement over the next 15 or so years. Over a long period of time, let's say 30, call it 30 years, i think ai will create more jobs than it displaces. But in the 15 year time frame, more displacement than creation. That would be my prediction. And also, lastly, the universal basic income should not become a crutch,. There needs to be some motivation for people to have the drive to move forward
