The Great Stagnation and the Housing Bubble

When people's income started slowing down, there was a tendency amongst policy makers to juice up credit using the central bank. And that in part led to the real estate bubble. But I've come around to a funny, weird radical view that there wasn't much of a housing bubble, at least not in the US. Homes are worth more now than they were at the so-called bubble peak in 2006.
