Rites sometimes teripy is really, really hard and takes out of us. I have a definitely noticed that incrimental progress is so important, but that it doesn't always feel good during the process. If you find you're feeling worse after spending time on line, that i'd encourage you to do some housekeeping. In the book, i talk about the importance of like, muting people. So if youdon't feel you can unfollow people eause you're members of your family, it's so kay to mute them for a little while.
