Red Sky at Night, Shepherd's Delight

I felt compelled to highlight the innuendo. I'm very good at digging myself into holes here. Red sky at night, shepherd's delight is a phrase in English which basically means if you look up at the sky in the evening and there's a red sky, then it means what? Shepherds will be happy. Does it mean that the weather's going to be good? I think so must be. We just watched the weather. The minute the weather comes on, they're like little meerkats looking at it like, what's the weather? And then they love to complain the next day about how wrong the weather was. So winter's a good time.
