I think empathy is one of those, those things that I kind of, you know, I struggle with from time to time. It's one of the areas that is crucial to being a good leader in my opinion. And sometimes it's very simple to do to practice, like before I do a one on one, I'll spend a few minutes trying to replay what the person that I'm about to meet with, what their day has been like today.
