i've learned to just embrace and let go. Just point in the right direction, give some instructions and let them then figure it out. We time block everything out in our tool of choice is actually click up. And we seem to get more done by trying to, i guess you no go fast by doing less, if you will. So that seems to be working really well for our internal processes to really get everything done that we really need to get done.
