The federalist made a joke on twitter about his own staff unionizing. Now, it was in the context of some other entity unionizing. But apparently it's illegal, if you're in charge of a company, to say something about unionizing that makes it sound like there will be a penalty for it. And so somebody who has nothing to do with the company, not an employee, just some liberal troll, decides to sue over a joke. Really?
