In our 20s, it was very much about anytime it got hard. This kind of things should feel perfect all the time. And what I've realized in conscious friendships, conscious romantic relationships is that it absolutely will feel sticky at points. But there's a difference between a misalignment that feeling you get when it's misaligned and discomfort of growth potential.
