Comedian Lenny Bruce was arrested in Philadelphia last month for drug possession. Steve Allen, one of Bruce's biggest mainstream supporters, fought to keep him on the show. He has a reputation as being controversial and irreverent but he also knows that the other side, the establishment, they have weapons too. People should challenge intolerance and hypocrisy however they can - comedy is his weapon of choice.
