Megan: I think so often we're using the term burnout in society in general, right? And you mentioned it was more related workforce related like, hey, yeah, we get it work as stressful and a tard. But this is different. They often can go through a recovery period and then like bounce back. For the autistic person, like what I see a lot would have experienced a lot until the last two years. It's like burnout, go back to my normal, but then I burn out again because it was the normal life that was burning me out.
