If you have a narcisistic parent, like that's not going to change. You treat em like a force of nature. Rain is going to be wet. It's just who they are. So i encourage everyone who's got toxic parents till, like, do your darma is the child and set boundaries with them. And also, if it's like one, if you see them once a year because it's christmas time, because you're their kid, and you're like, ok, fine, i'm goin avea crappy christmas this year, and i'm just going to see them once for one week. They ask you, i never see you?
