Is There a Different Stephen Moore?

There's at least two Stephen Moore's in the cryptocurrency ecosystem now. One is an economist, one of Trump's nominees to the Federal Reserve who ended up not making it and then ended up connected to this other stablecoin I've talked about before called Frax. That as far as I can tell is a different Stephen Moore than the Stephen Moore who is a shareholder in tether.
