I Love You, but I Can't Send This Book Out Anymore
In a 20 16, my agent sent me that letter that every writer dres which is just to say, i love you, but i can't send this book out any more. I've run out of name. But i told myself two things. For one, i got really close on my first try, and i was like, don't discount that. The second thing i told myself was, a bunch of editors said, this isn't the right book for us, but let us know when she's written something else. And so i'm like, well, i clearly can't write, so i'm going to try something else now.
