What Are the Early Warning Signs of Burn Out?
Burn out is a condition related to overwhelming stress. It's where you can show up for work, but spend your whole day fanta ing about being in a different job. One of the things that causes burn out is our inability to recognize the hard stuff welling up inside us. The solution is to be able to turn toward the difficult feelings with kindness and compassion. Never have an opportunity to take your body through the cycle.
