Daniel: I think that customers are becoming more aware and they also understand that sometimes a higher priced product really does mean better quality all right Daniel when it comes to shelf life you're talking about putting the product in the heater and seeing how it reacts. People that are doing it right will adjust the formula because it's primarily separation within stability or weird smells or whatever it might be if that's happening while you're doing stability testing you should reformulate revise and then start stability testing all over, says Kirby.
