Privacy and Innovation - What Are the Challenges?

There are good reasons to worry about healthcare data being shared. But at the same time, there is a trade off between privacy and innovation. I don't think we're ever going to get to a point where all of our health data is in some central place. There's a regulatory innovation, and then there's technological innovation that allow you to use data while maintaining privacy.
