It's a great technique to do while raking leaves or doing dishes, folding laundry. Just bring your attention to what the sights you're seeing, the feel of the dishesha,. Can you hear? Et cetera. I think part of it is jus sort oflie it a little bit of andrenman to it. And find that doing so also cause me to almost hear my body better.
