i'm hoping that i can give people some tools where it will help them to think on their feet. By the time you need an elevator speech, it's too late to think one up. It doesn't happen in the spur of the moment. So when you run into your boss's boss's boss who says, how's that cross functional job going? Or hows that cross functioal project going? For you to try and think it up, right? Then it's going to be sloppy if you haven't pre thought about it.
