I think I want to split it into two levels. There's like the internal work that needs to be done in this situation and then the external tangible work. So on an internal level, what I would personally do is just allow myself to heal,. Give myself the time to grieve the job... Just stay one week without doing anything, not stress too much over. Will I be able to find a new job? "Just accept that it's a sucky situation"
