I had really really bad vomiting and morning sickness through my entire pregnancy so I ended pregnancy lighter than my race weight. From the outside I looked like I was back to be my athletic self but that's because I didn't have muscle function, tore hip labor or lots of other things. So it's that comparison thing and that pressure where I want women to just take a step back and say okay well each pregnancy is different my body is different even if this is my second or my first. And again I just have to look at how am I going to recover from this from this injury perspective. It takes about a year it takes about ayear to come back to where you were pre-p
