A student told Luke that he wished an experienced teacher trainer was their teacher. He said: 'Why do we have to have a trainee teacher? Why can't we have a proper teacher, basically?' People naturally will look up to you more if you're older, says Luke. That creates a positive cycle of like respect and confidence.
