Mr Keene returned to the home of Roberta Cloud, who had died. She was so weak that he thought he could feel her life slipping away. He took her hand and rubbed it with his thumb as she said: 'I've missed you so much' Mr Keene felt terrible for having lied about being a stavy - but then remembered what Miss Cloud asked him to do in order to find her dead son.
