Getting Rid of Debt

If it were me coming into 20 2030, I would want to get rid of some of the debt. If I could end up with one place to live that had no debt, I would do whatever I had to do to get there. There's no magical solution here. You want to spread your money around. The question is you need an income. Can you invest in land or property that will bring you reasonable income?
