Is There an Appetite for Depoliticizing the Supreme Court?

The selection of Supreme Court justices is now sort of the number one issue in a presidential election. We think it's really important to depoliticize the court, and we think that the most important way of doing that is by achieving term limits for Supreme Court justices. They don't need to serve life; they could serve for 18 years. Every president would get basically the same number of justices to appoint.
