I want to give listeners hope for because this is a long process and it isn't something that you just sit down with a composite forgiveness exercise. For example, and all of a sudden your perspective has changed. This is a long journey and I do I personally believe that we have the help both in shifting our own perspective, but in the external circumstances, shifting around our willingness to forgive too.
