What Are the Competencies for the AE Role?
The AE role is more of a 360 role, so the level and depth of the discovery they're doing is much, much deeper than say an SDR. So again, we're talking about lots of different subsections of skills that that person would need. And then we'd score them against those as well to make sure that they're improving as she goes.
