Is It Impossible?
I was a very mild supporter of exit. I thought the whole thing was incredibly complicated and i didn't know. But what i've noticed is that peoplewho were very, very confident fool stupid people. Because tupid people look at them and think, wif they're that confident, they must be right. It's impossible to impose scientific recommendations directly on people without asking actually the oblique consequences. If you do not have a lock down, people do not go on behaving. They would have done because they're frightened. And many people locked down voluntarily if you'd allowed garden parties. Equally, many of those garden parties would have turned into inside events when it got a bit cold
