You Can Use Drought to a Few Hours, Right?

You can use thirst to up to a few hours. It almost doesn't matter at that point, right? I mean, not it doesn't matter, but like you've got taller, your body has enough reserves to tolerate things. But after that, and especially in extreme environments, cold altitude, heat, kind of whatever ultra marathon's kind of serve up, your mechanism for thirst just, you know, gets fubard. And so you can use it as an end as an indicator, but not as the sole indicator.
