Golfers can get a good workout and even incorporating some cardio stuff into it, but making it all really specific to their golf. We don't do single plane movements in the gym as we try and discourage them from doing that kind of movement. And I think it helps them quite a lot in the golf game as well. It's fantastic. They really embrace that sort of stuff.
