How to Deal With OCD and Anxiety When Running
Running is kind of like what keeps me stable. I obviously just needed to like let my body heal. It's always okay to be a little bit underweight rather than overweight. The worst thing you can do is be one pound overweight. It's fine to be three pounds underweight. And now my thinking is totally shifted of like, I cannot go under like my minimum baseline weight because I will get injured and I will like, my bones are going to suffer. So it's better now in my mind.I actually don't weigh myself anymore. Like I'm fine with like being weighed, but I think it's I'll get too wrapped up in the numbers.
