Pro publica investigated hundreds of accounts on twitter that appeared to be part of a chinese propaganda campaign during the olympics. Twitter reps said that the platform ban those accounts because they were violating the company's policy against platform manipulation. And that the company has had a little bit of trouble attracting younger users to its platforms, which means that ow the user base will shrink over time as it ages out.
