The most important thing is remembering what the thing is. And then evaluating if that thing is valuable to be doing. That's where I continue to just be stuck in a way that my, like trying to stimulate my brain into figuring out what that doesn't feel in reach. If I find new ways to be mad or disappointed in yourself, it's more just a way of saying, "Remember why you're here"
