How Much Pain Should I Feel When I Train?

All in season, you're going to have some symptoms almost all of the time. So how much pain should you feel? Depends on the issue. The one place where i don't like people too have much or any pain is the shoulder. That's something o limit with the shoulder more than anything else. I just see a lot of shoulder issues being much better off and cleaning up much quicker.
