That's very clear in terms of the outcome you provide people right for the most part You're looking to either perform better than powerlifting meat or improve the sex But that's different than actually being like no, you're the keto guy Because the keto is the approach right? Well, what happens if the evidence comes out and suggests keto is not the best way to grow muscle mass if you're 25 Or whatever happens to be right? well, then you're screwed right.
