Ariel Dreyer: The banking system is looking a lot more fragile than it was a year ago. He says people are taking their deposits out of the bank and putting them into things which pay interest. That's screwing up the way that the banks make money, by bringing in money at a low interest rate and lending it out at a high interest rate. Ariel also talks about how climate change is playing a role in worsening allergies.
