How to Follow Liquidity Trends in the Global Economy
China added liquidity to an extent that almost matched the pace of the Federal Reserve in March 2020 earlier this year. It was an extreme liquidity addition from Bank of Japan when they defended their yield curve control after lifting the cap by 25 basis points late last year. So what I'm trying to say here is that if you want to follow liquidity trends, it may be a good idea to add some equity exposure in Asia.
