The Ghost of the Border Patrol Agent

Two border patrol agents encountered another of 30 crossers stopped and standing on the trail. When they started talking to them, ricardo related the aliens claimed that a phantom agent named santiago walked up to them carrying his head in his hands. Santiago's apparition proceeded to tell them about his own death. He said he was sad and could not yet pass on, implying that something was left unfinished. Ricardo and sam were both completely taken by surprise and grew angry. Ri o yelled at the group, telling them to keep quiet. How could someone possibly talk without a head, he demanded. An alien replied, he's a ghost, he can do whatever he wants.
