Lux Output and Color Quality

There's not one number to look for. I use Lux because that's just what I've been measuring all these lights in this whole time. There's also like lumens and then there's foot candles. Those seem to be the big three that people kind of look at. But so what would be a reason to, which one is likely to win up? Like I don't think we'll live in a world where every time you discuss a light, you mentioned six or seven different properties about it.
