What Happens in a Review Phase?
In practice, what happens is in every sit, you work your way up to whatever you're where your temporary ceiling is. There's one thing that can happen in a review phase after stream entry and every time you sit down, you find yourself in the fourth nana. When all of that gets integrated, you've been a stream entry for years. You have access to all of this and you'll find yourself going up and down through it at various times during the day.
