Employee Engagement

There's no mention of employee engagement in your book. Where do you think employees rank amongst these c eos? I think it's incredibly important. We talk a lot about culture, ain iink the way we think about culture and healthy cultures of an organization. Employ engagement is a sentral piece of that. It's about how motivated and engaged our employees are.
