Jiero: Lucama was expressing concern that not only is the issue because there's the development of lithium ion and sodium ion batteries that are cobalt free, but also because there have been some rather large cobalt discoveries in Indonesia. If Indonesia becomes a competitor to the DRC, that could be an opportunity for non-Chinese companies from the US, from Europe, from South Korea, Japan to build a supply chain around cobalt which doesn't touch the Chinese as it does right now.
