Joe Biden Wins the Popular Vote

I don't think the news media or in fact, I'm not exactly sure what we're talking about, understood how that dynamic could hold back Joe Biden. These same people who were going to vote for Joe Biden were doing nothing but talking about Donald Trump. The Republican turnout was far more than people anticipated and had an effect on the campaign. Though again, the whole misunderstanding by many campaigns about the role of the electoral college is amazing to me.
