The Importance of Balance in a Novel
The novel is a study in how to keep the stories balanced and weaving together at a, at just like the perfect pace. I felt like every time I turned the page to a new chapter, which happens quite frequently in this book, I was on board for it. And even when you're like leaving a character on maybe not even a cliffhanger, but just a plot beat that you're anxious to see where it goes, there's never that moment of like, oh, I wish I could skip this next chapter or anything.
