The Importance of Self-Awareness

The bottom 10% is the bottom of the barrel. Children happen to be in that bottom 10%. The question is, why are some people at the top 10 and why are people at the bottom 10? How do we get the people who are at the bottom, even children, and to the top 10? That was the premise of my business in answering that question.
