The Importance of Test Coverage

The value comes two years down the road when somebody has to refactor upgrade and like they can do it with some piece of mind versus, you know, being, having to go through and click everything or whatever. I always try to tell the non technical people like, you got to build in overflow for testing deployments, because I know you can't see it. And it makes you sound good to your boss, but you're killing your team here. So if you want them to stay around for more than a year, you need to, youknow, do something different.
