Juan DeSantis is a rising star in the Republican party. He's also expected to make a bid for president in 2024 and run against Donald Trump who of course is another former Floridian politician. So at state level we have these sort of very right wing, quite disturbing policies being implemented. But he says actually what's happened particularly since the pandemic is that the state's low tax, pro-business approach has enticed a lot of wealthy individuals and corporations to Miami. And with that they're bringing money to art. There's been a trickle down effect from other economies and industries.
