The Sleep Prescription

30% of the population, at least in the US, report sleep disturbances. There's a very interesting test called the sit to rise test and essentially put your hands in the air, cross your legs and attempt to wind yourself down to the floor. So sit down and then unwind and stand back up without using your hands or your knees. It's much, much harder than you would think. And so I'm just really excited about sharing that with people.
