This video is about the entrepreneurial journey of Saeju Jeong, the cofounder, and CEO of Noom.
Saeju was born and raised in a small South Korean fish town called Yeosu, and he couldn't go to the medical college he wanted. He found his 1st company heavy metal music distribution company at the age of 19, but it didn't grow very well. So after his father passed away, Saeju decided to go to the world's largest market and build a great company.
Saeju founded Noom in 2008, and for the first 8 years, he and the cofounder Artem didn't make any money, and finally, in 2016, they launched the first version of Noom, and now it has become one of the largest consumerled healthcare brands in the United States.
