Housing bellwether stocks are like stocks that tell you that give insight into well for someone like me who's not him a bottom-up guy and some not. If you talk to any home buyer looking for house right now good luck, most of them are competing for housing but they're competing on housing it's a pretty tight market so it's weird because it doesn't really square with the data. The retail side doesn't seem to think or care about what a potential recession may or may not be coming as long as mortgage rates are still high.
