The Importance of Pancakes
Pancakes are like the fridge, odds and ends catch all, right? Like fried rice is one of these sort of vehicles for leftovers. So springing off of that idea, I've started putting basically anything at all in pancake batter or crepe batter. And it's like sometimes it's like sauerkraut, kimchi, a tiny bit of leftover, coast law, and like, you know, whatever leftover fish, overcoat fish. It just doesn't match. Use all of it. That should be the last page in the book.
